We just had 12 windows installed today. From start to finish, Energy One was excellent to work with! We were updated frequently as to when our windows were finished being built, shipping and delivery and when they were being installed. They far exceeded our expectations. Our experience with Energy One Windows has been a pleasure thus far.  They came to our door while I was working one afternoon so I had to kind of rush them a bit through their pitch but I signed up for them to send out someone the next evening so my wife and I could talk to them.  The gentleman was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had.  The standard 'pressure tactic' was used during that meeting, but what's a good sales pitch without some of the classic 'tricks' being used...? ;)

We agreed on a price and to have our 33 windows replaced in the house (got it down to 22 windows by using sliders to combine of the larger casement windows we had).  That was a suggestion from the sales gentlemen to help save some money and maintain a nice cleaner look on the house.  We were kept informed about the process and ETA for the windows being ready to install.  Within a month, we got the notice that we could schedule the install.

The install crew arrived right on time and worked VERY efficiently.  It was hard for me to get work done because I was mesmerized by watching how they worked.  The crew was extremely nice and informative of how they were going to work and what they were going to do next.  I needed to know that since I was working and needed to move the dogs out of their way when they got to where we were 'hiding out'.

We have only had the windows for a week at this point, but I can definitely say we can feel a different in the house.  The old casement windows were rather leaky as the seals were worn.  The installation was clearly done by professionals and everything looks solid.  I would recommend this company to anyone shopping around as our experience has been top notch.  They can be a bit pricey but the windows they use are quality and they are come in cheaper than some others.

We went with triple pane and a mixture of sliders and double hung.  I am terrible with remembering names and don't have the paperwork with me at the moment, but everyone we worked with was very nice, professional and knowledgeable.  I do remember Malcom who was there for parts of the install as quality control.  He helped answer questions as things were happening and reached out post install to check on things.

From the first time I met a rep, until the day our windows were installed was simple and efficient. I picked out what I wanted. They came and installed all 13 windows in one day. No mess no fuss. They cleaned up all their stuff and even cleaned my windows.

From the pitch at my door to installation day was seamless. We were kept informed each step of the process. The installers were very professional. We paid extra to have them take down and put our blinds back in place. They were able to resolve an issue with the thickness of the windows and they work

My house looks so modern and the windows "triple pane" are amazing.  From the Salesman Jeff to the Scheduler and the friendly, efficient professional team that installed them.  I am already recommending this company to friends and family.  You know you love your windows when you wait to put up your curtains as the windows and sliding glass door actually make the energy magical in your home. From the moment we first met Isaac at our doorstep, our experience with EnergyOne has been excellent.

As a sort of “door-to-door salesman,” Isaac was incredibly polite and respectful, never pushy. He was a joy to be with. His time with us explaining the features of the windows and offering us a package was very informative and again, we felt no pressure from him. He was very patient with our kids’ presence and other interruptions.

Once we ordered the windows, other folks from EnergyOne did a great job of keeping us updated on the production of our windows and our likely estimated installation time.

Fast forward 2.5 months, and our installation days were great. A large team was brought and they worked extremely efficiently. Only one or two workers from the team came into our house and when they did they were neat and respectful. They were all very kind to our children (who were so interested in the process).

We’ve now had the windows for a month and couldn’t be happier. The temperature of our house is much more consistent from room to room and we lose less heat at night. The windows are easy to open and easy to clean. The appearance both inside and outside is much crisper, making the house look newer and better-cared-for.

Energy One replaced every window in our home, plus our sliding patio door, last week. From start to finish the entire process was so smooth! They communicated wonderfully, the product is great and the install team was top notch. We appreciated our salesman bringing a sample window with him so we could actually see the product before purchase. Our old wood windows were original to our house, and I honestly didn’t realize how much they impacted the temperature in our house until our Energy One windows were installed. The impact was immediate- no more temperature fluctuations, drafts or having to run our heat/AC constantly to keep the house comfortable. Additionally, the aesthetic of our exterior is drastically improved- no more embarrassing rotting window frames.

We have some tricky windows and they made it so seamless- where other companies insisted they had to charge us for 2 or 3 windows because of the window shape, Energy One simply custom made those windows and saved us a significant amount of money. That might have been the biggest selling point for me- no negotiating, they just did what was in our best interest.

Our installation was scheduled for a Wednesday but because it rained that entire week, they had to postpone the installation to Sunday morning. The installer showed up at 8:30 am and worked straight through until 6 pm, finishing the job in one day. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and his crew. They were efficient, kind, left the place spotless and were even mindful of the fact that we had an infant at home and suggested doing the nursery window first to disturb her the least.

I had all of the windows in my house replaced with Energy One windows. And I also replaced the doors to my deck with a sliding glass door. The windows and the door are absolutely gorgeous. Had a fantastic experience with Energy One Windows of Raleigh from start to finish. The company has an ultra-smooth process to guide customers through considering options and costs, gaining HOA approval of the window package, and dealing with installation. The installation team arrived at 8:45 and had all the new windows installed by 11:45, spending the rest of the day on trim, caulking, and cleanup. Let me start with- we were not in the market for new windows. Someone from Energy One knocked on our door inquiring. We’ve been unhappy with our old wooden windows in our house so we heard them out. Issac came back on an agreed upon Saturday and he was so thorough and kind. He walked us through everything we could think of and eventually we pulled the trigger. He was able to figure out solves for us and made this process I wouldn’t normally want to experience on a Saturday rather pleasant.

It took 8ish weeks for our windows to be made. They are made to order. Upon the windows almost being ready, they called to schedule the install which we didn’t have to wait long for the day. They installed all 29 windows in one day. The crew was amazing, attentive and kind as well. They cleaned up very well at the end of the day.

The Energy One crew has checked in since the install. We saw one little blemish on a corner and they came out to fix.

We wanted some changes in our design process and Issac and the design team were able to help in this. For example we wanted to add a sliding glass door and big picture windows. They gave us suggestions on air flows with certain styles like casements on the side of our kitchen nook. We also have original, unpainted cherry wood trim, chair rail and windows in our home. I wanted to ensure the new vinyl windows would match that Cherry and Issac found a perfect match for us (see picture).

We didn’t like our old, wooden windows for sound and energy. We live on a corner lot and the road sound was bad. Since the install, both of those problems have immediately been remedied. We got triple pane and our energy bills have gone down. I’ve waited 1 month to write the review so I could see the effects.

Furthermore, they offer plenty of payment options. As I stated at the beginning, I was not in market for this large of a purchase so the payment options were very helpful.
